Marissa's Sound Project

My piece is a mixture of different sounds that all have a similar beat to them. I combined them in order to add dramatics and some image in my sound. You can picture a lot of what is going on, and although the sounds do not ordinarily go together, they were combined to make one fluid piece. There is also a sense of emotion and anxiety that is portrayed in the sound. I tried to have this come through in my piece when the typing gets louder and louder before it finally stops and a more calm and relaxed person begins to bounce a ball around. This also represents the difference between the character and their younger self, having frantic typing and work going on while the childish sounds of popping and bubbles eventually ending in the bouncing of the ball.
